What is a difference between a condo or a independent living retirement home?
Independent Living Communities
These residential communities are ideal for active, older adults that no longer want the responsibility of home ownership. Independent living community services generally include a dining program, housekeeping and maintenance, concierge, garage or covered parking and organized social activities. Staffing includes a management team that is on site. Usually a lease or month to month agreement is entered into, as is typical when renting.
